The Wi-Fi connectivity is exasperating!!! Parking can be a nightmare, especially with municipal costs piling up!!! Air conditioning temperature is often annoyingly fixed!!! The fitness space is ridiculously tiny!!! Please consider improving these aspects!!!

We had a really tasty breakfast served in the pool area. The room was neat and new-fashioned with a separate bedroom and terrace. It was based in amazing building in a great location, in the renovated area-big difference;))

The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and had a comfortable setup. The bathroom was a good size, and the balcony was perfect for chilling out. Daily housekeeping was convenient, and the kitchenette was a nice touch for some light meals. Only downside was the air conditioning wasn't super effective.

We had a lovely time in Bio Suites Hotel.It is a very nice hotel,very clean with a big pool and all the people who work there,always with a smile! Breakfast and dinner rich and very tastefull.Love to come back again.

Just a prime choice for a speedy visit in Rethymno with value for money. Loved the spa's hammam experience. It was both relaxing and enjoyable. Check out the nearby beach for a quieter sunbathing option.

Bio suites is in a great location, just a short stroll to the beach and the old town. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious and very clean. What impressed me most was the staff-they were helpful and always cheerful. The variety of food was decent, though I wish there were more local options.
